Due to recent cargo weight problem at Marsaxlokk Evergreen has decided to implement a Heavy Weight Container Surcharge (HWCS) as follows: 
 

1. Service Scope: EUR to MED.
                                                
2. Effective date: 29/April/2010 (on board date)

3. Charge item code: HWCS (Heavy weight container surcharge)

4. Cargo weight (incl tare weight) 2SD > 14 tons 100 EUR/Cont
    Cargo weight (incl  tare weight) 4SD, 4SH > 24 tons 100 EUR/Cont

5. Payment term: In accordance with O/F payment term.
